Sagri consist of 06 dependent companies, 9 subsidiary company, 14 associates companies and 1 foreign joint venture company.

Saigon Agricultural InCorporation (SAGRI) was established on December 30, 1996, in accordance to Circular No. 6178/QD-UBND of the Enterprise Law, passed by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, allowing the merger of 24 business entities that operates in various fields, including agriculture, forestry and aquaculture.
