PROCESSING FOOD BREED SAGRIFEED
To implement the closed chain from: Food - Breeding - Breeding - Slaughtering - Processing and Distributing Products, Sagri built Animal Feed Factory - Sagrifeed.
The ingredients used to process animal feed include: corn, broken rice, wheat, flour, tapioca chips, soybean meal, soybeans, ... The imported materials must be target sensory and physical and chemical criteria, in order to create quality animal feed products, safe for cattle and poultry.
CORN
SENSORY:
- Color: bright yellow, or dark red yellow
- Smell: characteristic odor, not sour, not musty, no strange smell.
- Status: clean, homogeneous, no-worms, no living insects. If you have to deal with fibrosis weevil.
PHYSICAL CRITERIA
- Humidity: 15% maximum.
- Aflatoxin: 100ppb maximum
- Impurities: 2% maximum (pulp, bark, stem, leaves, corn stubble)
- Crude protein: min 8%.
- Sand and hotels £ 1%
- Seeds are broken, flat, damaged by insects, maximum 13% over-drying
BROKEN RICE
SENSORY:
- Color: pure white or white.
- Typical odor, not sour, not musty
- Status: sheet 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, no clumping, no mold, pests, insects, homogeneous shipment. Dead weevil <5 animals / kg.
PHYSICAL CRITERIA
- Humidity: 14% maximum ..
- The rate of mixed rice husk, cotton grass, bran is maximum 5%
- Maximum rate of sand and gravel 0.2%, no foreign matter mixed
- Crude protein: minimum 7%.
WHEAT
SENSORY:
- Color: yellow or light brown
- Odor: characteristic odor, not sour, not musty
- Status: granular, not beetle
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL CRITERIA:
- Humidity: 13% maximum ..
- Maximum rate of sand and gravel 1%
- Ratio of seeds damaged by worms £ 3%
- Crude protein: minimum 11%.
- Crude fiber: <4%
WHEAT FLOUR
SENSORY:
- Color: white or pale.
- Odor: characteristic aroma, not slightly musty
- Status: fine powder, not beetle, no insects
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL CRITERIA:
- Humidity: 12% maximum ..
- Ash: 0.6% maximum
- Crude protein: minimum 11%.
- Gluten: 30% (± 1)
CASSAVA/TAPIOCA
SENSORY:
- Color: white, white (can be different color but inside must be white), no plastic, black
- Odor: characteristic odor, not sour, no musty smell
- Appearance: Slice or short piece, no insects, no sharp objects
PHYSICAL CRITERIA
- Humidity: 14% maximum ..
- The rate of garbage, soil, sand and gravel is up to 5%
- Head head rate £ 15%
- Fiber: maximum 1%.
Starch: 65% minimum
RICE BRAN / POLISHING
SENSORY:
- Color: Uniform, light yellow
- Smell: has a characteristic aroma, no harsh oil, no sour, no musty smell, no smell of beetles
- Status: Smooth form, no clumping, no living insects, dead insects, maximum 5 animals / kg

- Humidity: 12% maximum ..
- Maximum rate of sand and gravel 1.5%
- Crude protein: minimum 10%.
- Fiber: maximum 14%.
WHEAT BRAN
SENSORY:
- Color: Uniform, light yellow.
- Flavor: characteristic aroma, not mildewy
- Appearance: Fine (type 1), small piece (type 2), soft, porous, not lumpy, not discolored, not beetle, insect. Weevil die for php <5 animals / kg
